side drink and lunch. At 3.30 sharp Jo Jo came for me and I had a amazing 80 minutes of relaxation. I will come back and do this again. Thank you Ritz.

I was nervous as this was only my 2nd massage and did not know what to expect. I was greeted as if I was royalty and was shown the entire spa area . Had a wonderful pool

Absolutely gorgeous!

It started with the threadbare, yellow neck stained robe with pockets sewn shut. It looked like it was 10 yrs old. Disgusting. I asked if there was an available one with pockets. I was told I needed a room to get one with pockets. Ok, where to put my glasses and phone. There are NO clocks to let you know the time, so you have to track down an assistant to make sure you don't miss your appointment. Next, shower stall was moldy and there was nothing to set my phone and glasses on next to the shower. Layed on floor and hoped no one would step on them. Also, can't shave in shower the way the water is coming from sides, so have to step outside to complete. Very embarrasing. Next, the relaxing room. Old blankets as throws. I recognize them as the 19.99 versions from Target. Wouldn't mind, except they hadn't been washed in, yikes. I don't want to know! And NOT ONE MAGAZINE. I mean, I want to relax and enjoy a magazine while I'm waiting for my service. What, the Ritz can't afford magazines for clients spending $500.00 for services. RIDICULOUS! So you stare at that dirty throw from Target. THANK GOD FOR THE GREAT MASSAGE. That almost made up for it. But stepping into the steam room afterwards and seeing, YES, more mold. It almost set you back! I'll reserve the food service for another time, but skip this if you go. You'll do yourself a favor. In finishing, the ammentities at the grooming table were very spare. There was no hair products to complete my hair drying and the dryer itself was one of those cheap travel dryers that take hours to dry your hair. Should have brought my own products, but again, spending 500 + you'd think the Ritz could afford that small luxury? Will not return!
