Help pump up tire and lubed my chain on our 300 mile bike ride.
Such a great experience! Paul and his staff are awesome! My bike tire wouldn't inflate, and so I took it there after googling places on the internet. They were able to diagnose the problem and repair it on the spot for me. No leaving it and then having to come pick it up later when they got around to it. I just moved to the area so Paul was also kind enough to tell me about some of the great places to go biking. Thanks Paul/PKs! Look forward to seeing you again when I'm ready to buy a new bike!
What really shines about this bike shop is the Zwift training sessions. Zwift is a virtual bike riding program using your bike on a trainer. You can practice all kinds of rides using it! I am currently training for an ironman triathlon and using the Zwift program is perfect in my training program. I go into the store and Paul will help me do a ride using Zwif, then he will monitor my stats on the screen, make adjustments, and make sure I'm really getting a good customized training session in. This is the perfect way to get ready for a race! Even if you aren't training, it's the perfect way to build your confidence on your bike. Using Zwift at the shop has really helped me become a better cyclist. Coming to PK'S and using Zwift is the way to go to reach your cycling and fitness goals!

Awesome bike shop! The owner Paul is very welcoming and friendly. Buying a bike can be a very intimidating experience but he takes the time to help you find something that is in your budget and works with your goals. Most importantly he will also take the time to make sure the bike fits you properly and do all the necessary adjustments to ensure you're getting the best ride from your bike. I have bought 2 bikes from him so far and this will be the only shop I would consider buying a bike from in the future. I have also had repairs on my bike done st the shop and everything was finished in a timely manner.
